Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders $8.99.

Typically, we handle and send out all orders within 48 hours of placement, provided the item is available. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you via email within 24-48 hours. 

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item (s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note if it when signing for delivery. If you item (s) do arrive damaged, please email infojustgrateful@gmail.com if requesting an exchange. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment of your Just-Grateful order at infojustgrateful@gmail.com and include your order number. We will do our best to help you.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Cancellations/Refunds on Orders: We accept cancellation/refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at infojustgrateful.com and we can help you.

LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES

Lost/Delayed Packages:  Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
