Add ½–1 cup of bath soak directly into warm bathwater or a warm foot soak. Settle in and soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the minerals and botanicals to work deeply. Rinse your tub after use to wash away any remaining petals or herbs. Note, a muslin bag may be used to contain botanicals during soaking if preferred.

Alternative Use: Exfoliate your body by adding the herbal content to a body scrub bag. (Sold separately)

Water Temperature: Use caution when adding bath salts to hot water. Extremely hot baths may cause dizziness, fainting, or overheating, especially for individuals with certain medical conditions. We recommend maintaining a comfortable water temperature to prevent adverse effects.

Blood Pressure Concerns: Individuals with high or low blood pressure should consult with a healthcare professional before using bath salts, as hot water can affect blood pressure. If you experience dizziness, nausea, or any discomfort during the bath, exit the tub immediately.

Pregnancy Precaution: Pregnant individuals should seek advice from their healthcare provider before using bath salts, as hot baths may pose risks during pregnancy. Ensure water temperature is within the recommended range for expectant mothers.

Hydrate: Stay hydrated before, during, and after your bath. Dehydration can occur, especially in hot water. Drink plenty of water to replenish fluids and avoid dehydration.
